FOUNDATION
The Donald Penn Foundation, also known as Penn Pals, was established in 2009 by Donald Penn to help inner city youth and low-income youth in Tampa and Los Angeles.
The goal of the foundation is to help inner city and low income youth make positive life changing decisions. The choices children make can have an impact on them for the rest of their lives. The Foundation also provides education incentives to students throughout the school year, scholarship opportunities, Thanksgiving, and Christmas assistance.
Donald Penn is a native of Los Angeles. He attended St. Bernard High School and later brought his talents to Utah State University. He is the youngest of two of Nancy and Donald Penn, Sr. He also has one sister, Crystal who resides in Washington, DC. Donald also has a son, Donald Penn III who was born October 28, 2008. Donald also holds a free annual football camp at St. Bernard High School for over 400 youth ages 6-16 years old.
